Hendry Palimarmo

Hendry started as a management consultant with KPMG in Jakarta in 1997 where he supported clients with Accountancy & Finance mandates. Upon his return to Singapore thereafter, he broadened his consulting expertise with SGS Singapore and ABS Consulting, managing clients from diverse industries. Subsequently, he diversified into management positions in the travel industry, rising to helm Pegasus Travel Management as Managing Director from 2006 to 2012. Hendry graduated from Simon Fraser University in Canada with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance and Accountancy) degree and holds a Master’s degree in CFO leadership from Singapore Management University.

As the current Partner at Futureleap, Hendry relies on his twenty years of management experience to guide him in fulfilling the needs of his clients. From the vantage perspective gleaned from his management and consultancy expertise, Hendry is strongly attuned to identifying characteristics of leadership and other necessary attributes required to fit organisational needs. His innovative nature and excellent interpersonal skills, well-honed from his experience in senior level roles, help him to effectively identify, engage and match top candidates with appropriate clients.

Lee Kah Hoo

Kah Hoo has many years of exposure in the engineering, operations and corporate world. He was an Independent Director of Atlantic Navigation Holdings, a company listed on the Catalist Board from 2011 to 2018. Prior to that he spent some time in Vietnam as the Acting President and Senior Advisor of a Vietnamese corporation based in Ho Chi Minh City. He has worked in companies such as mDR Limited, Singapore Technologies Engineering, Sembawang Corporation and the Chartered Industries Group, holding various posts and senior positions since 1979. Mr Lee graduated with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Singapore, holds a Diploma in Management Studies from the Singapore Institute of Management and has attended the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

Mervyn Goh Bin Guan

Mervyn is presently a consultant with Lawhub LLC. Prior to this, he was the Vice President (Legal) for The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited from 2008 to 2010, a partner with Wee Woon Hong & Associates from 2006 to 2008, and a partner with Chui Sim Goh & Lim from 1994 to 2006. Mervyn has been an Independent Director of main-board listed TA Corporation since 2011, serving currently as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee, and member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees. He also previously served as a committee member in the Kampong Kembangan Community Club Management Committee from 2005 to 2010. Mervyn graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 1989 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1990.
